ingredients:
- 1 package lasagna dough
- 200g parmesan
- 50g grated cheese
Bolognese :
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- minced meat 500g
- tomato puree 600g
- 50g tomato concentrate
- 50g butter
- 1 cup water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
Bechamel :
- 100g of flour
- 100g of butter
- 1 liter of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- nutmeg clip
Preparation method:
Bolognese :
- Finely chop the onion, carrot and celery.
- Melt the butter in a pan
- Sweat the onions, carrots and celery
- Add ground meat
- Sauté minced meat
- Add tomato puree, tomato paste and 1 cup water.
- Cook for 20 minutes and keep warm
Bechamel :
- Melt the butter, then remove from heat
- Add flour.
- Bring the milk to a boil, let it boil a few moments.
- Pour the milk over the mixture, Put on fire.
- Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Butter the dish lasagna. Ask the layers in the order shown in the following image:
Ingrédients:
- 1 paquet de pâte à lasagnes
- 200g parmesan
- 50g fromage râpé
Bolognaise :
- 2 oignons
- 1 gousse d’ail
- 1 branche de céleri
- 1 carotte
- 500g de viande hachée
- 600g de purée de tomates
- 50g de concentré tomates
- 50g de beurre
- 1 verre d’eau
- Sel
- Poivre
- thym
Béchamel :
- 100g de farine
- 100g de beurre
- 1 litre de lait
- Sel
- Poivre
- Pince noix de muscade
Méthode de préparation :
Bolognaise :
- Ciseler finement les oignons, la carotte et la branche de céleri.
- Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole
- Suer les oignons, carotte et céleri
- Ajouter la viande hachée
- Faire sauter la viande hachée
- Ajouter la purée de tomates, concentré de tomates et 1 verre d’eau .
- Assaisonner et aromatiser
- Laisser cuire pendant 20 minutes et garder à chaud
Béchamel :
- Faire fondre le beurre, puis hors du feu
- Ajouter la farine.
- Porter le lait à ébullition, le laisser bouillir quelques instants.
- Verser le lait sur le mélange, Remettre sur feu .
- Ajouter noix de muscade, sel et poivre.
- Laisser cuire 5 minutes, à feu très doux.
Montage :
Beurrer le plat à lasagnes. Poser les couches selon l’ordre indiqué dans l’image suivante :

I’ve never heard of Lasagna with Bechamel. I use Ricotta or cottage cheese. I’ll have to try your way! 🙂
