I offer you a recipe light and refreshing Moroccan salad.
Ingredients:
- 500g of tomato
- 300g of peppers
- 50g chopped olives
- 1 cucumber
- 1 p lettuce
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
For the sauce:
- 6 cl olive oil
- 4 cl peanut oil
- 3 cl lemon juice
- Salt
- Cumin
Preparation method:
- Monder and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Grilling, peel the peppers and cut into small dice.
- Peel the cucumber and cut into small dice.
- Cut lettuce into thin strips
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, lettuce, olives and add chopped
- parsley.
Prepare the dressing:
Mix oil, add the lemon juice and season.
Serve fresh salad with vinaigrette sauce.

Je vous propose une recette de salade marocaine légère et rafraîchissante.
Ingrédients :
- 500g de tomates
- 300g de poivrons
- 50g d’olives coupées
- 1 concombre
- 1 p laitue
- 1 càc de persil haché
- Pour la sauce :
- 6 cl huile d’olive
- 4 cl huile d’arachide
- 3 cl jus de citron
- Sel
- Cumin
Méthode de préparation :
- Monder et couper les tomates en petits dés.
- Griller, peler les poivrons et couper en petits dés.
- Éplucher le concombre et couper en petits dés.
- Tailler de la laitue en chiffonnade
- Dans un saladier, mélanger les tomates, poivrons, le concombre, la laitue, les olives et ajouter persil haché.
Préparer la vinaigrette :
Mélanger les huiles, ajouter le jus de citron et assaisonner.
Servir la salade fraîche avec la sauce vinaigrette.

yes – thanks for writing in English! am licking my fingers at just the idea of this salad. my husband is from Iran – looks a bit like Salad Shirazee – but with olives & bellpeppers too, no?
