I present to you an easy recipe, delicious cookies, for large and small, without butter.
Ingredients (for 60 pieces)
• 400g flour
• 50g raisins
• chocolate chips 50g
• 100 g of oat flakes
• 100g caster sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100 ml oil
• Salt Pince
Preparation method:
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and mix well.
2. Preheat oven to 180 ° c
3. Roll out the dough on your work surface, between two greaseproof papers.
4. Cut dough with a cookie cutter.
5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake.

Je vous présente une recette facile, de cookies délicieux, pour les grands comme les petits, sans beurre.
Ingrédients : (pour 60 pièces)
- 400g de farine
- 50g de raisins secs
- 50g de pépites de chocolat
- 100g de flocons d’avoines
- 100g de sucre semoule
- 2 œufs
- 1 sachet sucre de vanille
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- 100 ml d’huile
- Pince de sel
Méthode de préparation :
- Dans une bassine, mixer tous les ingrédients, et bien mélanger.
- Préchauffer le four à 180°c
- Etaler la pâte sur votre plan de travail, entre deux papiers sulfurisés.
- Couper la pâte à l’aide d’un emporte-pièce.
- Poser les cookies sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé et enfourner.

Oh good, I found your cookie recipe without butter. When I make chocolate chip cookies, the recipe always calls for butter. This one I could try. Thank you, and thank you for the like of my new post. 🙂
