Tonight, I propose two recipes of healthy and easy to carry skewers:
1) Skewer of minced meat
Ingredients:
- 300g minced beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, finely diced
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation method:
- Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, cumin, and add the parsley, pepper and cilantro.
- Take a bit of ground meat, and work with the hand, to surround the skewers.
- While sticking to the ends.
- Place the skewers on the plancha.
- Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Ce soir, je vous propose 2 recettes de brochettes saines et faciles à réaliser:
1) Brochette de viande hachée
Ingrédients :
- 300g de viande hachée
- 1 oignon haché
- 1 poivron vert coupé en brunoise
- 1 càc de persil haché
- 1 càc de coriandre hachée
- Cumin
- Sel
- Poivre
Méthode de préparation :
- Assaisonner la viande hachée avec sel, poivre, cumin, et ajouter le persil, poivron et la coriandre.
- Prendre un peu de viande hachée, et la travailler avec la main, pour entourer les brochettes.
- Bien coller aux extrémités.
- Déposer les brochettes sur la plancha.
- Laisser cuire 1 à 2 minutes sur chaque face.
2) Beef Skewers
Ingredients: (for 2 people)
- 500g tender beef skewers
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- dried coriander
Preparation method:
- Prepare the marinade with chopped onion, chopped parsley, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, salt,
- pepper, paprika and dried coriander.
- Marinate skewers and leave 30 minutes.
- Assemble the kebabs on skewers.
- Place the skewers on the plancha.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
2) Brochettes de boeuf
Ingrédients : (pour 2 personnes)
- 500g brochettes de bœuf tendre
- 1 oignon haché
- 1 càs de persil haché
- 1 càs de coriandre hachée
- 1 càc d’huile d’olive
- Cumin
- Sel
- Poivre
- Paprika
- Coriandre séchée
Méthode de préparation :
- Préparer la marinade avec oignon haché, persil haché, coriandre hachée, huile d’olive, cumin, sel, poivre, paprika et coriandre séchée.
- Faire mariner les brochettes et laisser 30 minutes.
- Monter les brochettes sur des piques à brochettes.
- Déposer les brochettes sur la plancha.
- Laisser cuire 2 à 3 minutes sur chaque face.
