I propose a Moroccan salad made, eggplant appointed to the Zaalouk Morocco.
This is an easy to prepare.
Ingredients: (4 people)
- 4 pieces of eggplant
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ lemon confit
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Cumin
Preparation Methods:
- Wash and cut the aubergines into slices, grill the eggplant slices.
- Cut the eggplant into cubes.
- In a skillet heat the olive oil and add the crushed tomatoes.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander and parsley, and cook 5 minutes.
- Serve your Zaalouk salad with black olives and lemon confit.

Je vous propose une salade marocaine à base, d’aubergines nommé au Maroc le zaalouk.
C’est une préparation facile à faire.
Ingrédients : (pour 4 personnes)
- 4 pièces d’aubergines
- 2 pièces de tomates
- 3 gousses d’ail
- 1 càs de persil haché
- 1 càs de coriandre hachée
- 1 càc huile d’olive
- ½ citron confit
- Sel
- Poivre
- Paprika
- Cumin
Méthodes de préparation :
- Laver et couper les aubergines en tranches, faire griller les tranches d’aubergines.
- Couper les aubergines en gros cubes.
- Dans une poêle chauffer l’huile d’olive, et ajouter les tomates concassées.
- Ajouter sel, poivre, paprika, cumin, persil et coriandre, et laisser cuire 5 minutes.
Servir votre salade zaalouk, avec olives noire et citron confit.
Love eggplants! This is such a delightful salad. I never had eggplants in salads before! Moroccan food is so nice. Absolutely wonderful 🙂
