Today’s recipe is a recipe that I love. It’s Mom’s recipe, and I with her good childhood memories.
ingredients:
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 400g flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 120 ml oil
- The zest of a lemon piece
- 1 glass of water flavored with vanilla sugar
- 100g icing sugar
Preparation method:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Mix well the eggs and caster sugar.
- Add lemon zest, oil, and flour mixed with yeast.
- Let the dough rested 10 to 15 minutes.
- With your hands, make dumplings, pass the flavored water to the surface and icing sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet, and bake 10 to 12 minutes.

La recette aujourd’hui est une recette, que j’aime beaucoup. C’est la recette de maman, et j’ai avec elle des bons souvenirs d’enfance.
Ingrédients:
- 4 pièces d’œufs
- 400g de farine
- 100g de sucre semoule
- 2 càc levure chimique
- 120 ml d’huile
- Les zestes d’une pièce de citron
- 1 verre d’eau aromatisé au sucre vanille
- 100g de sucre glace
Méthode de préparation :
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C
- Mélanger bien les œufs et le sucre semoule.
- Ajouter les zestes de citron, l’huile, et la farine mélangée avec la levure.
- Laisser la pâte reposée 10 à 15 minutes.
- Avec vos mains, faire de boulettes de pâte, les passer le surface au l’eau aromatisé et au sucre glace.
- Déposer sur une plaque à four, et enfourner 10 à 12 minutes.

Oh. These sound yummy. But, the directions say “mixed with yeast”, but there is no yeast in the ingredients list. How much yeast? I usually avoid recipes with yeast. Always afraid I will mess it up!

2 tbsp baking powder, it is the fourth in the list of ingredients(2 tsp baking powder)

Oh, ok. Perhaps the same to you. But here we have baking powder, yeast, and baking soda. All different things. So they would have a different effect. But, ok. Perhaps you use them interchangeably. THANK YOU!
