ingredients:
- 240g of flour
- caster sugar 120g
- 120ml milk
- 120ml oil
- 8g baking powder
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 apple fruit
- ½ lemon
Preparation method:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Butter and flour the pan.
- Cut the apple into slices and lemon juice.
- Mix sugar, oil, milk and flour with yeast and add the vinegar.
- Place the apple slices in pan and pour the mixture.
- Leave the oven almost 15 minutes.

Ce soir, je vous propose une recette de cake aux pommes sans œufs, c’est une préparation simple et facile à réaliser.
Les recettes sans œufs sont destinées aux gens qui ont une allergie des œufs et aux végétariens.

Ingrédients :
- 240g de farine
- 120g de sucre semoule
- 120ml de lait
- 120ml d’huile
- 8g de levure chimique
- 1 càs de vinaigre blanc
- 1 pomme fruit
- ½ de citron
Méthode de préparation :
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
- Beurrer et fariner le moule.
- Couper la pomme en tranches et citronner.
- Mélanger le sucre, l’huile, le lait et la farine avec la levure puis ajouter le vinaigre.
- Déposer les tranches de pommes dans le moule et verser le mélange.
- Laisser au four presque 15 minutes.
Servir votre cake froid
