I suggest a fruit pie recipe, also called tart, served as dessert.
ingredients: (8 pieces)
For the pastry:
- 250g of flour
- 125g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 25g sugar
- salt clamp
For the custard:
- 500ml milk
- 4 egg yolks
- caster sugar 200g
- 25g starch
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Finishing elements:
- 1 apple fruit
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 8 grapes
- 1 tbsp topping
Preparation Methods:
The pastry:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Mix the ingredients for the pastry and mix well.
- Let the dough rested 5 minutes.
- Spread the dough in your hands in molds and prick.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Custard:
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla and starch.
- Boil the milk and pour the hot milk over the mixture.
- Replace constantly over low heat, stirring
- Roll out the pastry cream on pie shells, then place the fruit and topping.
Serve fruit pies, cold

Je vous propose une recette de tarte aux fruits, nommée aussi tartelette, servie comme dessert.
Ingrédients :(8 pièces)
Pour la pâte brisée :
- 250g de farine
- 125g de beurre
- 1 jaune d’œufs
- 25g de sucre
- Pince de sel
Pour la crème pâtissière :
- 500ml de lait
- 4 jaunes d’œufs
- 200g de sucre semoule
- 25g d’amidon
- 1 càc de sucre vanille
Éléments de finition :
- 1 Pomme fruit
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banane
- 8 grains de raisin
- 1 càs nappage
Méthodes de préparation :
La pâte brisée :
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C
- Mélanger les ingrédients de la pâte brisée et bien malaxer.
- Laisser la pâte reposée 5 minutes.
- Etaler la pâte à vos mains dans des moules et piquer.
- Enfourner pendant 10 minutes.
La crème pâtissière:
- Battre les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre et vanille, puis l’amidon.
- Faire bouillir le lait et verser le lait chaud sur le mélange.
- Remettre à feu doux en remuant sans arrêt
- Etaler la crème pâtissière sur les fonds de tartes, puis déposer les fruits et le nappage.
Servir les tartes aux fruits, froides
