I suggest the grilled sole is flat and easy diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 sole
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Variety of vegetables of your choice
Preparation method:
- Empty the sole and trim with scissors.
- Marinate the sole with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Leave marinated minutes.
- Remove the sole on the plancha.
- Cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Fry vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve the grilled sole with vegetables and lemon slices.

Je vous propose la sole grillée, c’est un plat régime et facile.
Ingrédients :
- 1 sole

- 1càc de jus de citron
- Variété des légumes à votre choix
Méthode de préparation :
- Vider la sole et rogner avec ciseaux.
- Faire mariner la sole avec jus de citron, sel et poivre.
- Laisser marinée quelques minutes.
- Déposer la sole sur la plancha.
- Laisser cuire 1 minute sur chaque face.
- Sauter les légumes avec huile d’olive, sel et poivre.
Servir la sole grillée avec ses légumes et des tranches de citron.
