I present to vegetarian tagine argan oil
ingredients:
- 1 slice onion
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 carrots.
- 1 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tbsp argan oil
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 100g green beans
- 50g green olive
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
- Paprika
- Cumin
Preparation method:
- Sweat the chopped onion with argan oil, add the carrots, salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, cumin and coriander and a glass of water and cook for 10 minutes.
- After adding the potatoes, green beans, bell pepper, tomato, onion slice and olives.
- Add a little seasoning on the vegetables and cook 15 minutes over low heat.

Je vous présente, tagine végétarien à l’huile d’argan
Ingrédients :
- 1 oignon rondelle
- 1 oignon haché
- 3 carottes.
- 1 poivron
- 1 tomate
- 2 pommes de terre
- 1 càs d’huile d’argan
- 1 càs de coriandre hachée
- 100g d’haricots verts
- 50g d’olive verte
- Sel
- Poivre
- Curcuma
- Paprika
- Cumin
Méthode de préparation :
- Suer l’oignon haché avec l’huile d’argan , ajouter les carottes, sel, poivre, curcuma, paprika, cumin et coriandre puis un verre d’eau et laisser cuire 10 minutes.
- Après ajouter les pommes de terre, les haricots verts, le poivron, la tomate, l’oignon rondelle et les olives.
- Ajouter un peu d’assaisonnement sur les légumes et laisser cuire 15 minutes sur feu doux.

Tagine is a pot, isn’t it?
I have a small one.
A few years ago it got popular in Japan.
I will try to use it again.😊

I’m going to try this. I didn’t know you could use argan oil for culinary purposes. I do use it on hair and skin. The recipe looks wonderfully simple and appetising.

There is a difference between oil argan for cooking and argan oil for cosmetic, otherwise replace with olive oil works very well too
