ingredients:
For the sponge cake:
- 150g of flour
- 120g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- salt clamp
Elements finishes:
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate vermicelli
- 1 chocolate yogurt
Preparation method:
for whipped cream:
- Mix the cold cream with the icing sugar in a bowl and beat well cold cream whip in hand or electric, almost 10 minutes then place in congélateure.
for the sponge cake:
- Beat 4 egg yolks with the sugar semoulejusqu’à the mixture whitens.
- Beat the egg whites 4 egg whites.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and cocoa and add the yolk egg mixture.
- Gently fold the egg whites.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the sponge mixture on the baking sheet.
- Bake about 10 minutes.
- Cool the cake and spread a layer of whipped cream
- Roll the cake and refrigerate
- Decorate with chocolate yogurt and chocolate vermicelli .

Je vous propose une recette de cake roulé à la crème chantilly , toutes les étapes de la méthode de préparation sont par images ici “Cake rolled with strawberry jam”
Ingrédients :
Pour la génoise :
- 150 g de farine
- 120 g de sucre semoule
- 4 œufs
- 2 càs cacao
- Pince de sel
Eléments de finitions :
- 200 ml de crème fraîche
- 2 càs de sucre glace
- 2 càs de vermicelle de chocolat
- 1 yaourt chocolat
Méthode de préparation :
pour la crème chantilly:
- Mélanger la crème fraîche froide avec le sucre glace dans un saladier bien froid et battre la crème au fouet à main ou électrique, presque 10 minutes puis placer au congélateur.
pour la génoise:
- Battre les 4 jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre semoule jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
- Battre les 4 blancs d’œuf en neige.
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C
- Mélanger la farine avec une pince de sel et le cacao puis ajouter au mélange de jaune d’œufs.
- Ajouter délicatement les blancs en neige.
- Chemiser une plaque à four avec papier sulfurisé.
- Étaler le mélange de génoise sur la plaque à four.
- Enfourner presque 10 minutes.
- Faire refroidir la génoise et étaler une couche de crème chantilly
- Rouler le cake et placer le au réfrigérateur
- Décorer avec yaourt chocolat et la vermicelle de chocolat.
