Chicken tagine with cauliflower and fennel
Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion.
Sweat the onion in oil.
Add, garlic, 200g chicken, parsley, coriander, ginger, salt, pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, and water.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add 2 fennels, 1 potato, 100g of cauliflower olives
Leave on fire again 15 minutes
- Rasp cauliflower.
- Boil the cauliflower in salted water with a little rosemary
- Drain well the cauliflower until the water has been removed then add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, turmeric
- Fry the cauliflower. At low heat on each side.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
