I propose a Moroccan preparation called “batbout” easy recipe to make.
“Batbout” comes in different sizes and different fillings. it is also prepared sweet or savory.
(stuffed by choice)
Ingredients:
- (for 4 people)
- 250g of flour
- 250 g of fine semolina
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- 200 ml of water (-or +)
Preparation method:
- Put in a bowl, all ingredients and add warm water gradually and mix well until a smooth paste.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes; deviser and paste in small or large balls, as you prefer.
- Let stand again, the duration of 15 minutes.
- Spread a little in your hands, the balls and cook in a frying pan, already heated, with a little vegetable oil.

Je vous propose une préparation marocaine qui s’appelle ” batbout”, recette facile à réaliser .
“Batbout” vient dans différentes tailles et différentes farces . il est préparé aussi sucré ou salé .
Ingrédients:
(pour 4 personnes)
- 250 g de farine
- 250 g de semoule fine
- 1 càc de levure
- 1 càc de sucre semoule
- 1 càc d’huile d’olive
- sel
- 200 ml d’eau (-ou+)
Méthode de préparation:
- Mettre dans une bassine, tous les ingrédients, et ajouter l’eau tiède, progressivement et bien mélanger, jusqu’à obtenir, une pâte lisse.
- Laisser la pâte reposer 10 minutes; et deviser la pâte en petite ou grande boules, comme vous préférez .
- Laisser reposer, encore une fois, la duré de 15 minutes .
- Étaler, un peu à vos mains, les boules, et faire cuire , dans une poêle, déjà chauffée, avec un peu d’huile végétale .
