Eggplant Stuffed With Rice


I propose a stuffed eggplant  with rice, delicious and easy to prepare


Ingredients: (for 4 people)

  1. 500 g of eggplant
  2. 100 g of boiled rice
  3. 200 g grated cheese
  4. Tomato sauce

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and cut the eggplant and grill in the oven.
  2. Stuff the eggplant with the rice
  3. Add the tomato sauce and add the cheese
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes
  5. Serve the eggplant stuffed with rice, hot

Ingrédients: (pour 4 personnes)

  • 500 g d’aubergine
  • 100 g de riz bouilli
  • 200 g de fromage râpé
  • sauce de tomate

méthode de préparation:

  1. Laver puis couper les aubergines et faire griller au four .
  2. Farcir les aubergine avec le riz
  3. Ajouter la sauce tomate puis ajouter le fromage
  4. Enfourner pendant 15 minutes au four
  5. Servir l’aubergine farci au riz, chaud
