I propose a stuffed eggplant with rice, delicious and easy to prepare
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 500 g of eggplant
- 100 g of boiled rice
- 200 g grated cheese
- Tomato sauce
Method of preparation:
- Wash and cut the eggplant and grill in the oven.
- Stuff the eggplant with the rice
- Add the tomato sauce and add the cheese
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes
- Serve the eggplant stuffed with rice, hot

je vous propose une recette d’aubergines farcies au riz délicieuse et facile à préparer
Ingrédients: (pour 4 personnes)
- 500 g d’aubergine
- 100 g de riz bouilli
- 200 g de fromage râpé
- sauce de tomate
méthode de préparation:
- Laver puis couper les aubergines et faire griller au four .
- Farcir les aubergine avec le riz
- Ajouter la sauce tomate puis ajouter le fromage
- Enfourner pendant 15 minutes au four
- Servir l’aubergine farci au riz, chaud
