For strawberry cream:

custard
+
1/2 tsp strawberry flavor
= Strawberry cream
Method of preparation:

Prepare the pastry cream and add the flavor of the strawberry

Decorate with a socket pocket

= la crème fraise
Méthode de préparation:

préparer la crème pâtissiere et ajouter l’ arôme de la fraise

Décorer à ‘aide d’une poche à douille
