Hello
I present a dessert with three flavors: chocolate, vanilla and caramel
Ingredients:
For the caramel:
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp water
For the chocolate:
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 yellow part of eggs
- 125g caster sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 20 g of cocoa
For vanilla:
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 pieces yellow egg
- 125g caster sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 1/2 vanilla pod
Preparation method:
For the caramel:
- Put 100 g caster sugar and 1 tbsp water in a saucepan and caramelize over low heat.
- pour the caramel mold
For vanilla:
- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Boil the milk with the vanilla.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Pour the milk into the egg mixture, stir with a wooden spatula.
- Drain thoroughly and add the gelatine to the custard.
- Add the cream to the pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours
For the chocolate:
- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Boil the milk.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Pour the milk into the egg mixture to stir with a wooden spatula and add cocoa.
- Drain thoroughly and add the gelatine to the custard.
- Add the chocolate cream on vanilla cream mold and put in the refrigerator at least 3 hours
- Turn out your dessert and garnish with grated chocolate.

- 4 pièce jaune d’œufs
- 125 g de sucre semoule
- 6 feuilles de gélatine
- 20 g de cacao
Pour la vanille:
- 500 ml de lait
- 4 pièces jaune d’œufs
- 125 g de sucre semoule
- 6 feuilles de gélatine
- 1/2 gousse de vanille
Méthode de préparation:
Pour le caramel:
Mettre 100 g de sucre semoule et 1 càs d’eau dans une casserole et laisser se caraméliser sur un feu doux.

Pour la vanille:
Faire tremper la gélatine dans l’eau froide.
Faire bouillir le lait avec la vanille.
Battre les jaunes d’oeufs avec le sucre semoule.
Verser le lait dans le mélange d’oeufs en remuent à l’aide d’une spatule en bois .
Égoutter soigneusement la gélatine et incorporer à la crème anglaise .
Ajouter la crème au moule et placer au réfrigérateur au minimum 2 heures
Pour le chocolat:
Faire tremper la gélatine dans l’eau froide.
Faire bouillir le lait.
Battre les jaunes d’oeufs avec le sucre semoule.
Verser le lait dans le mélange d’oeufs en remuent à l’aide d’une spatule en bois et ajouter le cacao.
Égoutter soigneusement la gélatine et incorporer à la crème anglaise .
Ajouter la crème chocolat sur la crème vanille au moule et replacer au réfrigérateur au minimum 3 heures
Démouler votre dessert et décorer avec le chocolat râpé.
