Hello friend
I present a recipe of brioche is a viennoiserie, this preparation ideal for the breakfast.
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 20 g of yeast
- 100 g of sugar (or more depending on the tastes)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 glass of milk
- Clamp of salt
- 50 g sesame
- 1 egg yolk
Method of preparation
- In a bowl, stir the yeast with the just warm milk. Book now 10 min.
- Mix the flour, salt, yeast, sugar, oil and eggs. Knead in the robot or by hand, until the dough no longer sticks (about 10 min). If necessary, add a little milk.
- Cover with a cloth and reserve 1 h at temperature. Break the dough by kneading it. Form 6 to 8 balls of dough. Arrange them on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Book at least 4 hrs.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (6). Top the brioches with egg yolk and a little milk, decorate with the sesame. Bake for almost 20 minutes in the oven.

- 100 g de sucre (ou plus selon les goûts)
- 2 œufs
- 4 cuillères à soupe d’huile
- 1 verre de lait
- pince de sel
- 50 g de sésame
- 1 jaune d’oeufs
Méthode de préparation
- Dans un bol, délayez la levure avec le lait juste tiède. Réservez 10 min.
- Mélangez la farine, le sel, la levure, le sucre, l’huile et les œufs. Pétrissez au robot ou à la main, jusqu’à ce que la pâte ne colle plus (10 min environ). Si besoin, ajoutez un peu de lait.
- Couvrez d’un linge et réservez 1 h à température. Cassez la pâte en la pétrissant. Formez 6 à 8 boules de pâte. Disposez-les sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Réservez 4 h au moins.
- Préchauffez le four sur 180°C (th. 6). Dorez le dessus des brioches avec du jaune d’œuf délayé avec un peu de lait décorez avec le sésame. Faites cuire presque 20 min au four.
