    Bernard

      • No Trade Clause November 12, 2012 02432Don&#8:17;t forget me! It allows me to shackle any and all general managers and prevents me from being unceremoniously shipped to another city…to play a game…for millions of dollars. Could you imagine Mark’s production if he didn’t have me protecting him from the unspeakable misery and stress of playing 81 games in another city? 5  0

  2. something fundamentally untrue (i.e., “Mr. Jones is a menace…”), regardless of the need to be an advocate for their client, there should be ramifications like loss of law license. Unutyofnatelr, you have all three branches of government dominated by lawyers so, hey, what are the odds of _that_ happening?I think that the day is coming where people will wonder when the rule of law ceased being respected. It will be the “minor terrors” like this that gradually pushed things to the point where the fabric of our society ripped. But, hey, let’s not “worry about the rights”…

  3. Makes perfect sense. Closing down your nuclear plants only to import 15% of your electricity from France is inexplicable, even by the standards of Italian politics. The meaning should be reiterated for the likes of Gunter. The worlds' seventh largest economy concedes that after twenty years, forsaking nuclear power was a disastrous mistake.
