Hello my friends
I present today a recipe of strawberry cake
Ingredients:
- The pastry cream click here
- 200 g strawberry
For sponge cake
- 150 g flour
- 120 g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- Clamp of salt
Method of preparation:
- Beat the 4 egg yolks with the caster sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Beat the 4 egg whites in snow.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Mix the flour with salt and cocoa powder and add to the mixture of egg yolk.
- Gently add the whites to snow.
- Stuff a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the sponge cake mixture on the baking sheet.
- Bake for almost 10 minutes.
- Cool the sponge cake and spread a layer of pastry cream
Ingrédients:
- la crème pâtissière cliquez ici
- 200 g de fraise
pour la génoise
- 150 g de farine
- 120 g de sucre semoule
- 4 œufs
- Pince de sel
Méthode de préparation:
- Battre les 4 jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre semoule jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
- Battre les 4 blancs d’œuf en neige.
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C
- Mélanger la farine avec une pince de sel et le cacao puis ajouter au mélange de jaune d’œufs.
- Ajouter délicatement les blancs en neige.
- Chemiser une plaque à four avec papier sulfurisé.
- Étaler le mélange de génoise sur la plaque à four.
- Enfourner presque 10 minutes.
- Faire refroidir la génoise et étaler une couche de crème pâtissière

Je n’aurais pas le temps de les finir que je les aurais déjà mangé / lol. Au niveau alimentaire, je suis dans deux extrêmes, soit je mange vraiment très peu sur de longues périodes… Soit, je deviens carrément addict et là… Plus aucunes limites, surtout si le goût est là. Bon week-end Khadija.
