Apéritifs: Mini Pizza

Mini Pizza

ingredients:

For a dough of about 760 g:
500 g flour
250- 260 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
20 g fresh baker’s yeast or 10 g dry yeast

For garnish :
bolognaise sauce
200g of grated cheese
Black olive

Note:
After cooking, flavor the pizzas with oregano powder and olive oil.
