I propose a radish salad is a light recipe, fresh and healthy
Ingredients: (for 2 people)
- 200 g of radish
- 2 cucumber pieces
- 1 tomato piece
- 1 lettuce piece
- Mayonnaise
- black olive
- Basil
- Chive
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation method:
- Wash and cut the radishes and cucumbers, washer.
- Mix the cucumber, radishes, chives and mayonnaise.
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- In a plate, place the lettuce and add the salad mix.
- Garnish with tomato, olives and basil.

- 2 pièces de concombre
- 1 pièce de tomate
- 1 pièce de laitue
- Mayonnaise
- Olive noire
- Basilic
- Ciboulette
- Sel
- Poivre
Méthode de préparation :
- Laver et couper les radis et les concombres, en rondelle.
- Mélanger les concombres, les radis, la ciboulette hachée et la mayonnaise.
- Couper la tomate en quartier.
- Dans une assiette, déposer la laitue et ajouter le mélange de salade.
- Décorer avec la tomate, les olives et le basilic.
