I suggest a delicious cake recipe.
Ingredients:
For the biscuit with vanilla:
- 2 parts egg
- 100g caster sugar
- 80 ml oil
- 150g of flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the biscuit cocoa:
- 2 parts egg
- 100g caster sugar
80 ml oil - 150g of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa
Elements finishes:
- 2 tbsp jam
- 1 tbsp coconut
- 1 tbsp chocolate vermicelli
For syrup imbibage:
- 1oo ml of water
- The half lemon juice
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
Preparation method:
For the biscuit with vanilla:
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla and beat well.
- Add oil, flour and baking powder.
- Put parchment paper in a baking tray and pour the mixture and bake about 5 minutes.
For the biscuit cocoa:
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and whisk well.
- Add oil, flour, baking powder and cocoa.
- Put parchment paper in a baking tray and pour the mixture and bake about 5 minutes
- Cut the cake into equal slices and soak with the syrup.
Mounting:
Make the assembly according to the diagram shown in picture.
Cut the cake into pieces: 3.5 cm x 8 cm.
Serve cold cake.

- 1 càc de levure chimique
Pour le biscuit au cacao :
- 2 pièces d’œufs
- 100g de sucre semoule
- 80 ml d’huile

- 1 càc de levure chimique
- 1 càs de cacao noir
Eléments de finitions :
- 2 càs de confiture
- 1 càs de coco
- 1 càs de chocolat vermicelle
Pour le sirop d’imbibage :
- 1oo ml d’eau
- Le jus de demi citron
- 2 càs de sucre semoule
Méthode de préparation :
Pour le biscuit à la vanille :
- Mélanger les œufs avec le sucre semoule et la vanille, et bien fouetter.
- Ajouter l’huile, la farine et la levure chimique.
- Mettre le papier sulfurisé dans une plaque à four, et verser le mélange, puis enfourner presque 5 minutes.
Pour le biscuit au cacao :
- Mélanger les œufs avec le sucre semoule, et bien fouetter.
- Ajouter l’huile, la farine, la levure chimique et le cacao.
- Mettre le papier sulfurisé dans une plaque à four, et verser le mélange, puis enfourner presque 5 minutes
- Couper le biscuit en tranches égales et imbiber avec le sirop.
Montage :
Faire le montage suivant le schéma indiqué dans la photo.
Couper le cake en morceaux de : 3.5 cm X 8 cm.
Servir le cake froid.
